Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business requirements into analytical models.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) is highly desirable.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in the financial or retail sector is a significant advantage.
