As a Data Analyst with us, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, optimize processes, and drive growth for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies that influence business outcomes.
- Report Generation: Produce detailed reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for management.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to recommend process improvements based on data-driven evidence.
- Database Management: Maintain and update existing databases, ensuring data security and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Remote Support: Provide analytical support to team members across Ohio and Michigan locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Detroit, MI, or commute from Ohio based on business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data verification and reporting.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment with occasional on-site requirements.
