Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in financial planning and analysis.
- Process Improvement: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
