Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data governance standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macro development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
