Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate data integrity and accuracy.
- Create clear, concise, and data-driven presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Optimize data pipelines and automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
