Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Visualization: Design intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and deliver data-backed solutions.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines and analytical models to ensure transparency and scalability for future projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
