What You’ll Do:
As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to uncover trends, optimize performance, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to support business forecasting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to executive leadership.
- Identify process improvements and data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures, Window Functions).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in Excel and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
