As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and executive leadership, providing the analytics needed to drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including SQL Server and cloud databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support budget planning initiatives.
- Document data processes and create data governance models to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights.
- Experience with Relocation Assistance processes is a plus.
