Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business problems and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data delivery.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
