Job Overview
As a Data Analyst at Apex Horizon Solutions, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and ensure database integrity and accuracy.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to support data-driven initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Strong), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into non-technical insights for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
