Responsibilities
- Drive Decision Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and KPIs that impact revenue and operational efficiency.
- Visualize Insights: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Data Engineering: Perform complex data cleaning, transformation, and validation tasks using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Storytelling: Present data-driven findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor data pipelines and suggest optimizations to improve reporting accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive meaningful conclusions.
