Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Clean, transform, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop statistical models and forecasting tools to predict future trends and support business planning.
- Document data processes and create clear reports for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong visualization skills with experience in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
