- Extract and Analyze Data: Gather, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify key business trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
