Responsibilities
- Translate complex raw data into clear, actionable business reports and executive visualizations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and modeling to ensure the highest levels of data integrity.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
