Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets for analysis.
- Develop basic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support senior analysts in executing complex data modeling projects.
- Document data processes and analytical methods to ensure team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
