Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and management.
- Perform statistical analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing workflow data.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
