Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in 40 hours/month of vendor-certified training programs
- Support internal IT operations including asset management and inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and work in various office environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Must pass background check and drug screening
