Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying and database management) is required.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate data into business value.
