Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and cleanse raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive, data-driven reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and answer critical ad-hoc analytical questions.
- Process Optimization: Recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical conclusions.
