Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Visualize Insights: Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making across departments.
- Database Management: Collaborate with IT teams to maintain database structures and optimize data retrieval processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data visualization software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
