- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Build automated dashboards to monitor key business metrics
- Prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
