As part of our elite analytics team, you will own the analytics roadmap, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence that fuels our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
