Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and visualize trends for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that summarize complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Proven experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to a diverse audience.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
