Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in both New York and Washington DC to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Perform complex SQL queries and data modeling to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Optimize data collection and processing workflows to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a remote-first or hybrid work culture.
