Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and interactive reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning processes.
- Design and optimize ETL pipelines to streamline data workflows and improve system performance.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Expertise in Python or R for data analysis, scripting, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
