Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Interpret data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare reports for executive leadership with clear data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and data requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
- Ensure data integrity and security across all reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with A/B testing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact insights in deadline-driven environments
