What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to support business requirements.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and trends within the data to forecast future performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data needs and answer critical business questions.
- Process Improvement: Develop automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL for complex querying and Python/R for statistical analysis.
- Tools: Proven track record with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
