Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and anomalies.
- Develop Visualizations: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data stories to stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize performance metrics for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Programming: Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
