Responsibilities
- Transform raw, unstructured data into meaningful insights and actionable business intelligence.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify business needs and define project scope.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, highlighting critical data stories.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies is a plus.
