Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and cleaning of datasets.
- Create automated reporting solutions to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical insights to drive product decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data warehousing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
