Responsibilities
- Transform Data into Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform rigorous statistical analysis and modeling to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure data integrity by cleaning, validating, and normalizing data from various sources.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to dissect data and derive meaningful conclusions from ambiguity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse teams.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server) is a plus.
