Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize data collection methodologies
- Maintain data quality through rigorous validation and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing experience
- Ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in fintech or SaaS environments preferred
