Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and prepare it for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast future trends and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server) and Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
