Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and trends that inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to assist in forecasting trends and supporting long-term strategic planning.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings for future reference.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data warehouse concepts is a plus.
