Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data to executives.
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
