As our new Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical analysis and business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our data infrastructure supports our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership summarizing data findings.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for optimization based on data-driven evidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
