Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify key trends and business opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and reporting.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast market trends and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data governance compliance across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and programming languages like Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
