Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through automated validation protocols and documentation
- Lead quarterly business intelligence initiatives aligned with company KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
