Responsibilities
- Collect, Clean, and Analyze: Gather, process, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from various databases and sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to validate data integrity and forecast future trends.
- Report Generation: Create detailed reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify data bottlenecks and improve ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
