Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Create regular reports and executive summaries that are accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
