Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for management, translating complex data findings into clear, concise insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data by implementing and monitoring data governance protocols.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Solid experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
