Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive data reports that translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts and SQL queries to streamline data workflows and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of working independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
