Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets to evaluate equity option performance and trends.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize equity distribution and market movements.
- Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to design data-driven compensation models.
- Identify data anomalies and implement corrective measures to ensure data integrity.
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with financial modeling, specifically regarding stock options and derivatives.
- Excellent visualization skills with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
