Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and similar tools
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets for analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Implement statistical models to forecast market trends and business outcomes
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience working with equity compensation data or financial datasets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
