- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Implement data quality checks and automated reporting pipelines
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Optimize data collection processes to improve analytics efficiency
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel advanced functions
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred)
