Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst in Baton Rouge, LA! We provide all necessary equipment including high-performance workstations, licensed software (Tableau, SQL Server, Python IDEs), and ergonomic peripherals. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions across our organization. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 remote days weekly while collaborating in our modern Baton Rouge office.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business objectives
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects
