Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs.
- Write technical reports and documentation to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to support product optimization and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
