Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Cleaning & Preparation: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Generate Reports: Produce clear, concise reports and summaries for stakeholders, translating complex data into business recommendations.
- Support Business Decisions: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for ongoing projects.
- Learn Advanced Tools: Quickly adapt to new data analysis tools and technologies through our structured onboarding program.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- No Experience Required: Recent graduates or career changers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Charts).
- Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
