Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform descriptive and predictive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to extract required datasets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong knowledge of queries, joins, and stored procedures) and advanced Excel skills.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
