Your Role:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between complex data and business strategy. We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand their data needs.
- Generate regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Document data processes and analysis methodologies to ensure reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and INDEX-MATCH.
- Basic understanding of SQL concepts (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to learn new software and programming languages quickly.
